Minnesota 55344 <br />Dear Mr. Ross: <br />SUBJECT: S.P. 5215 (51 s 125-22) <br />Between County Road B2 and Oakcrest Avenue <br />TURNBACK REQUEST <br />This letter is in response to your correspondence t:o Leland Sunsten regarding the <br />turnback of the west frontage road of Trunk Highway Number 51. between County <br />Road B2 and Oakcrest Avenue. to the City of Roseville. <br />The District Office is currently working on preparing the necessary mapping that <br />is required to release all of the frontage roads along Trunk Highway Number 51 to <br />the City of Roseville, between Hoyt Avenue and County Road C. <br />At this time. it is anticipated that these frontage roads would be released to the <br />City in August of this year and the Quit Claim Deed completed by mid 1990. <br />These time -frames should only be used as an approximation. as the departmental <br />work -load is subject to change with respect to availability of manpower. <br />Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact <br />Axel Rideli from my office, at 779-1217. <br />Si cerely. <br />Adeel Z.
