The City Council, on February 13, 1989, continued Welsh Companies request for comprehensive plan change, rezoning, special use permit, preliminary and final, plat, variances, and vacation of right of way at 1665 County Road R2 to February 27, 1989 to allow them to resolve as many issues rp l at ing to conditions recommended by the Planning Commission. Welt Companies are continuing to work on resolving those issues and have, requested that this matter again be continued from February 27, 1989 to March lei, 1989. This Would put this item on they same agenda al. the Tanurb project at R-2 and Fairview.
