The commission further recommended that tho <br />Council not take final action on thi- change until such tir-r* <br />as Ramsey County hiss approved the proposed ndd i,t ion�a l access <br />to the site from County H0,1i3 B-2. <br />2. The Planning C'ommiusion unian mously r,acomnended approval of <br />rezoning from R-1 to S-C. 't`l'a.
