Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Welsh Company's request for rezoning from R-1 to SC at 1665 County Road B-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. -..._.__ Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1059, ORDINANCE rezoning property from R-1 to SC at 1665 County Road 1059 B-2, be adopted with the provision that the rezoning ordinance not be published until three anchors have signed leases. Welsh Company has six months to secure the aforementioned anchors. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Matson moved, Cushman seconded` that Welsh Companies request for Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development, variance to parking stall size require - and preliminary plat meats, at 1665 County Road B-2 be approved with the followi.na conditions: 1. That an additional access be provided from County Road S-2 by Ramsey County, as proposed. 2. That approval be obtained for the use of the land for such access from the owners of Rosedale (Equitable Life). 3. That the Snelling Avenue service royal shall be conveyed to the City of Roseville by the State, and the City shall retain ownership, permitting parking on the, right-of-way by the property owner as provided in, the Development Agrooment. 4. That American S'-reet be vacated as a public right- of-way, subject to the appropriate easements and approvals of the affected property owners, to ensure continued use as an internal, roadway. 5. That a final drainage p1-►n be approved by the City and the Rica Crack watershed District relating to the diversion of drainage to the City's facilities east of Snelling Avenue. 6. That grading, utilities, and streets be reviewed and approved by the Engineering staff.
