REQUE-3T FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 2-13-89 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />1. <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: Dove Development's request for a lot division <br />and variance to driveway setback requirements <br />at 899 West County Read R. <br />The City Council at its December 12, 1988 meeting accepted Dove <br />Development's withdrawal of their proposal at 899 West County Road <br />B. The City Council also referred an alternative proposal by Dove <br />to the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission, at the request <br />of the developer, continued consideration of this matter until March <br />1, 1989. Therefore, it would be appropriate for the City Council to <br />continue this matter until Mar,h 13, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve,/deny continuance of <br />Cave Development's request for a lot <br />division and variance to driveway setback <br />requirement: at 899 I -lost County Road 8 <br />until March 13, ;1989. <br />
