1
July and August 1988 - Numerous calls to Roseville about unsanitary conditions
along my home from dog. A Roseville employee checking conditions suggested I put
up a 6 ft. high privacy fence against the "lot 18" chain link. I have put up a
portion of this up to the leased land. I shall continue on the other side of leased
land in the spring but it would be so much better if it could go straight along the
entire dog run.
October 1988 -• I have lost the lease without explanation but this was according
to the Bell -Wood m13s ter plan. J,, A 4
CAN YOU ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS?
(a) How much has my home depreciated in value? How can Iexplain to a prospective
buyer that the south side of the house is impassable.
(b) How can a snowblower, lawn mower get around to front? Northside needs
considerable work to make it usable, it is a ditch for lots 16-17 water.
(c) How can repairs be made to south side of my home?
(d) This is already an inconvenience to meter reader.
(e) Front entrances (2) unusable for deliveries.
(f) Why is there enough room on south side of lot 18 to drive a huge van to lake'
(g) Why should I be denied passage and give a dog 3 more feet to run. This is
humiliating.
(h) Fire danger, burglary danger.
NONE OF MY REASONS FOR SIGNING RELEASE HAVE BEEN HONORED. I CONSIDER IT VOID.
r
WHAT DO I WANT?
r.K
I AM ASKING ROSEVILLE, WHO,CARELESSLY AND WITHOUT THOUGHT OR SENSITIVITY, ISSUED
A BUILDING PERMIT WITHOUT QUESTION WHEN CLOSENESS IS CLEARLY MARKED, TO RESTORE
THE THREE FEET ALONG MY HOME THAT IS IN QUESTION ALLOWING ME PASSAGE AND CHANCE
TO BUILD A PRIVACY FENCE.
Eight feet are really mine when considering the fact that all the other
neighbors affected in the same way are enjoying their old boundaries, boundaries
that have existed probably over 50 years. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION.
I would prefer not to enter into a law suit at this time.
I most sincerely invite each one of you to stop at my home and view this mess.
One look would far surpass this entire letter.
I/ / 11
