1 <br />I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 298 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 23, 1987 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Council of Woodbury, Minnesota was duly held at the Woodbury Municipal <br />Building, 2100 Radio Drive in said municipality on the 23rd day of December, <br />1987 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Daniel Guider, Kenneth Mahle, <br />Frances Moore, Lloyd Scheel, Carl Scheider <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Mahle introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ESTABLISHING DEDICATIOraS OF LAND <br />M�LUSTERFOR <br />DEVELOPMENTSSUBDIVISIONS, <br />INCLUDING MINOR SUBDIVISIONS AND <br />DEVELOPED FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL OR OTHER USES <br />OR AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AND MOBILE HOME PARKS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 21, Article IV of the Woodbury Code vests in the <br />Woodbury City Council the authority to establish by resolution the amount of <br />land or money that the developer of all new subdivisions, ncluding minor <br />subdivisions and cluster developments to be developed for residential, <br />commercial, industrial or other useiaorplanned <br />development <br />trailsshall <br />and <br />dedicate or pay for public parks, playgrounds, open spaceo <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 12, Section 29 K of the Woodbury City Code vests in <br />the Woodbury City Council the authority to establish by resolution the amount <br />of money that the developer of mobile home parks shall dedicate or pay for <br />public parks, playgrounds, open space or trails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Single Detached Housing Subdivisions, Minor Subdivisions, and <br />Cluster Developments: <br />The amount of land or money that all new single family detached <br />housing subdivisions, minor subdivisions and cluster develop- <br />ments shall dedicate or pay for public parks, playgrounds, open <br />space or trails as required by Chapter 21, Article IV of the <br />Woodbury City Code shall be and hereby is established at ten <br />percent (10%) of the gross land area or at the sole discretion <br />of the City Council, $450 per lot. <br />
