Snelling. <br />At the request of the applicant, the City Council continued <br />consideration of the Sinclair Oil Corporation/Har Mar CX <br />Partnership request for rezoning from S-C to B-3, .special use <br />permit for an automobile repair shop and variance to parking <br />requirements at 2168 N. Snelling until January 23, 1989 to allow <br />the applicant to work out a tenant use on the site which is more in <br />line with City desires. The applicant is still working on this <br />matter and therefore, it would be appropriate to continue this <br />matter to the February 13, 1989 Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuation of <br />the Sinclair Oil Corporation/Har Mar CX <br />Partnership request for rezoning from S-C <br />to B-3, special use permit for an <br />automobile repair shop and variance to <br />parking requirements at 2168 N. Snelling <br />until February 13, 1983. <br />
