Location: The main entrance to the project will be on Lexington Avenue <br />just south of the existing Kinderberry Daycare Center. It will occupy the <br />site from Highway 36 on the south to Granview Avenue on the north and from <br />the Kinderberry Daycare Center on the west to the Assembly of God Church <br />on the east. <br />2. Project Description: This complex will be developed as a campus -type <br />facility. it will include housing for some of the students and a school <br />building. <br />A. Student Housing: This portion of the campus will be located on the <br />nortfii" a o f the project site. It will include six buildings with <br />four units each for a total of 24 units. Phase I will include the <br />first three buildings. These buildings will be designed with a resi- <br />dential character to blend in with existing neighborhood and will <br />include, for management purposes, a full-time, live-in Resident <br />Director. Parking for tK2 housing is required at the rate of two <br />spaces per unit. For the 24 units, 48 parkings spaces are, thus, <br />required. On the plan that is submitted,, 97 spaces have been pro- <br />vided. <br />B. School Buildiin�n : This facility will consist of a one-story, 15,000- <br />7 ( 0 sq.. bui 1 di ng. It will accommodate 300 students and 35 <br />staff and will function year round. The exterior of the building will <br />be designed to blend with the townhouse units and will include many of <br />the same materials.
