B-10 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of BRADFORD Bradford School Inc. request for comprehensive SCHOOL plan amendment from high density residential to business. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson - due to absence during discussion. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of Bradford Schools, Inc. request for a rezoning from R-3A to B-1. Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the adoption of ordinance ORDINANCE number 1052 rezoning property at 2340-2350 Lexington NO.1052 Avenue from R-3A to B-1. Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog, Johnson. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded the approval of a special use permit for a planned unit development with -the following conditions: 1. That final of roval be subject to final review of signage, grading, utilities, streets, and other engineering details by City staff. 2. That approval be subject to final review of landscape plans by City staff. 3. That future access to Grandview Avenue be allowed if town houses are marketed to the general public, but only if the total development at', '.�.,Aat time is complete with garages, as required, in accordance with the PUD plans. 4. That all driveways and parking areas be curbed as required by ordinance. 5. That site development and building plans will be completed as delineated in the PUD drawings dated 11-28-88. 6. That City has the option to negotiate with a applicant in the future to adjust class hours to mitigate traffic concerns. 7. That if town houses are marketed to the general public in the future that staff review landscape, engineering and parking details to insure compliance with approved PUD plans. 8.
