December 27, 1988 <br />Bradford Schools, Inc. <br />Mr. Chris Seigle <br />410 Park Buil ing <br />355 Fifth Avenue <br />Pittsburgh, PA 15222 <br />t <br />Dear Mr. Seigle: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its December 12, 1988 meeting, <br />approved your .request for special use permit for Planned Unit <br />� <br />Development at 2340-2350 Lexington Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That final approval be subject to final review of signage, <br />grading, utilities, streets, and other engineering details <br />by City Staff. <br />2. That approval be subject to final review of landscape plans <br />by City staff. <br />3. That future access to Grandview Avenue be allowed if town <br />houses are marketed to the general public, but only if the <br />total development at that time is complete with garages, as <br />required, in accordance with the PUD plans. <br />4. That all drivEaways and parking areas be curbed as required <br />by ordinance. <br />5. That site development and building plans will be completed <br />as delineated in the PUD drawings dated 11-28-88. <br />F. That City has -the option to negotiate with a applicant in <br />the future to adjust class hours to mitigate traffic <br />concerns. <br />7.
