McCormick, President <br />Roseville Citizens Council for Fair and Open <br />Government <br />RE: Ethics Ordinance <br />DATE: July 10, 1989 <br />The Roseville Citizens for Fair and Open Government (RCCFOG) <br />is pleased to submit to you, a Proposed Ordinance: Draft I: An •- <br />Ordinance Establishing a Code of Ethics for the Public Officials <br />of the City of Roseville. This document represents the concerted <br />efforts, over a six-month period, of several individual members <br />of the Roseville Citizens Council for Fair and Open Government. <br />Numerous sources were consulted in the development of this <br />Proposed Ordinance, and these sources are listed on the attached <br />page. <br />This Proposed Ordinance is offered in the spirit of helping <br />Roseville public officials in their continued efforts for good <br />government. We know that the City of Roseville and the City <br />Council will want to give it close and careful consideration with <br />the purpose of adopting it as soon as possible, probably within <br />the next two to three months. The Roseville Citizens Council <br />will be available to assist the City Council as needed toward the <br />adoption of this Ordinance.
