FRANCHISES. <br />132.010. Electrical Franchise. It is hereby adopted <br />+; <br />for the purposes of granting a nonexclusive electrical <br />franchise to Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota <br />corporation, that certain document entitled: <br />r <br />"AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO NORTHERN STATES POWER <br />k; <br />COMPANY, A MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS <br />AND ASSIGNS, PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, <br />REPAIR AND MAINTAIN, IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, AN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND <br />TRANSMISSION LINES, INCLUDING NECESSARY POLES, <br />POLE LINES AND FIXTURES AND APPURTENANCES; FOR <br />THE FURNISHING OF ELECTRIC ENERGY TO THE CITY <br />AND ITS INHABITANTS, AND OTHERS, AND TO USE THE <br />STREETS, ALLEYS, PUBLIC WAYS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS <br />OF SAID CITY FOR SUCH PURPOSES." <br />VIhich document, not less than three copies of which <br />have been and are :%0% filed in the office of the City <br />Manager, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully <br />as if set out at length herein, and the provisions <br />thereof shall be controlling. <br />132.020 Gas_ Franchise.It is hereby adopted for the <br />purposes of granting —anonexclusive gas franchise to <br />Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, <br />that certain document entitled: <br />
