Lot 25 <br />vide lots <br />to davailablee <br />is vacant, therefore, she is requesting <br />to <br />permission <br />make Lot 25 foro the <br />as originally platted so as <br />new single-family <br />home. Attached is a copy of a <br />development of a <br />letter from Rose Usenik describing <br />her intent to sell the property to <br />Bob and Kristen Burich. <br />3. There appears to be no impediment to the division of this land as <br />buildable lot 100 feet in width by <br />originally platted resulting in a new <br />175 feet in depth. <br />
