County Road D. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened September 22, 1988 and <br />unanimously recommended approval of David and Tamra Neisheim request <br />for a minor variance at 814 W. County Road D. <br />Nesheim's are requesting an 11 foot variance to allow them to <br />construct a 5 foot high fence, 19 feet from the property line on the <br />street instead of the required 30 feet. The Nesheim's are proposing <br />to construct a swimming pool in their rear yard and a minimum 5 foot <br />high fence is required around a swimming pool.. The variance is <br />requested because a hill in the rear yard makes it difficult to <br />locate that the pool which would allow the fence to be in compliance <br />with the city setback requirements. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirements: 30 ft. <br />Proposed: 19 ft. <br />Variance: 11 ft. <br />Percent Variance: 37%. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny David and Tamra <br />Neisheim's request for a minor variance <br />at 814 W.
