The business "Roseville, Billiards" will be <br />located in suites 120 thropugh 126 of the Hamline Shopping Center. I intend to' <br />have approximately twenty one (21) billiard tables and fifteen (15) video; games. <br />There wi l l be no food preparation or sales on 'the premises with 'the exception of <br />vending machines. We do not anticipate any changes to occur in or around the <br />shopping area as a result of this business. Besides attracting the general <br />public we hope to appeal to those who play billiards for recreation. We want to <br />promote league billiards and also provide a non-alcoholic enviroment for those <br />individuals who enjoy the game of billiards.
