Jenkins and Alan Deutsch request for <br />vacation of the west 20 ft. and the east 22 <br />ft. of unimproved Dellwood Avenue lying south <br />of Oakcrest, north of Willow Circle and Willow <br />Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and west of <br />Fernwood Street. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at its September 7, 1988 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the west 20 feet and the east 22 <br />feet of the portion of the unimproved right-of-way of Dellwood <br />Avenue, lying south of Oakcrest, north of Willow Circle and Willow <br />Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and west of Fernwood Street with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That Mr. Jenkins agree to pave his driveway by November 1, <br />1989. <br />2. That minor variances be obtained by Mr. Jenkins for the <br />location of his driveway, and by Mr. Deutsch for the proposed <br />addition on to the east side of his house. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny John Jenkins and <br />Alan Deutsch request for vacation of the <br />west 20 ft. and the east 22 ft. of a <br />portion of Dellwood Avenue lying south of <br />Oakcrest, north of Willow Circle and <br />Willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and <br />west of Fernwood Street with the <br />aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br />
