Shryer Avenue. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened September 8, 1988 and <br />unanimously recommended approval of Mr. Pirkola's request of a <br />minor variance at 1401 W. Shryer Avenue. <br />Mr. Pirkola is requesting a 1 ft. variance to allow him to add a 22 <br />x 22 ft. addition on to the rear of his existing attached garage. <br />The existing garage and the proposed addition would be set back 4 <br />ft. from the side property line instead of the required F ft. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirement: 5 ft. <br />Proposed: 4 ft. <br />Variance: 1 ft. <br />Percent of Variance: 20% <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Brett Pirkola's <br />request for a minor variance at 1401 W. <br />Shryer Avenue. <br />
