The ordinance states that the max}:mum fence height <br />within 30 feet of a public right-of-way is 4 feet. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirement: 4 feet <br />Proposed: 5 feet <br />Variance: 1 foot <br />Variance: 200 <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Alan Arvidsons <br />request for a minor variance at 1858 <br />Gluek Lane. <br />
