Dove Development <br />feels that a four lot development must be planned in order for <br />it to be financially feasible. <br />Dove Development is the land developer for Marpon Homes.. It is <br />the opinion of Dove Development that Marpon Homes would be involved <br />in the building of'the homes. Marpon Homes, Inc. is a Local <br />builder located in the Arden Hills -New Brighton area. They are <br />a family operation (father and three sons),_and have built homes <br />for twenty years. <br />
