REQUEST FOR COUNCIL AC?'ION DATE: 3/27/89 <br />ITEM NO ...3 <br />Department A proval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Lescri Lion: Dove Development's request for a lot division <br />and variance to driveway setback requirements <br />at 899 West: County Road B . <br />The City Council at its December 12, 1988 meeting accepted Dove <br />Development's withdrawal of its proposal at 899 West County Road <br />B. The City Council also referred an alternative proposal by <br />Dove to the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission, at <br />the request of she developer, continued consideration of this <br />matter until March 1, 1989 and again to April 5, 1989. Therefore,, <br />it would be appropriate for the City Council to continue this <br />matter until April 24, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance <br />of Dove Development's request for P. <br />lot division and variance to <br />driveway setback requirements at <br />899 West County Road B. until <br />April 24, 1989. <br />
