The Butler Paper Company is a part of the Great Northern
Nekoosa Corporation, a major producer of pulp, paper, and
containerboard with the capacity of 4,300,000 tons a year.
The Butler Paper Company built a warehouse distribution
and office building in Roseville in 1969 (starting about
the same time as Rosedale Shopping Center). The proposed addition
will be constructed to match the existing construction
method, materials, and details. The addition will be on
the east side of the building as indicated on the attached
site plan. Also attached is -a copy of a drawing
illustrating the exterior elevations of the structure.
2. The proposed expansion appears to be a logical and
practical extension of the existing facility.
