Lawrence Bieza petition requesting rezoning of <br />the site on the west side of Lexington between <br />County Road C-2 and Woodhill from R-2 and S-C <br />to R-1. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission was scheduled to consider Mr. <br />Bieza's rezoning request at their October 51 1988 meeting. At the <br />request of Mr. Bieza, the Planning Commission continued <br />consideration on this item until December 71 1988. The Council <br />subsequently continued their consideration of this matter until <br />December 12, 1988. <br />The Planning Commission at their December 71 1988 meeting <br />recommended denial of the rezoning request on the basis that the <br />petition was no longer valid. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Lawrence <br />Bieza's petition requesting rezoning of <br />the site on the west side of Lexington <br />betwren County Road C-2 and Woodhill from <br />R-2 and S-C to R-1. <br />
