The previous home on this lot burned <br />several years ago and there presently remains only a <br />small house on the back of the lot. It is our .intention <br />to demolish the existing structure and to construct two <br />homes on the site. We feel this will serve to increase <br />the value of the homes in the area and to remove a <br />structure that is of little value. <br />Thank you for your attention to this lot split <br />request.
