The City.,. <br />Council in September ;of 1988, a pprove a ti�rision of <br />s <br />;the .lot at <br />3047 Fairview Avenue with the condition..that the existing <br />structure on the site be removed within 12 months. In November <br />of`1989,,the Council <br />granted an extension such that the structure <br />did not have to be removed <br />until September 30, 1990. Basedon <br />this approval, the City will not stamp any deeds <br />or approve any <br />building permits for construction of any new dwellings on the <br />until <br />site this condition is complied with. <br />It is my understanding that you intend to comply with the <br />condition and <br />will begin removing the structure prior to <br />September 30, 1990 but that removal may not be complete <br />prior to <br />September 30, 199o. As I indicated to you, I have no problem <br />with this <br />as longas , <br />you take out the proper demolition permits, and the work is totally complete by October 12, <br />1990. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 490- <br />2236. <br />Sincerely, <br />
