This property is zonedl medical clinic. This Limited Business zone (B-1) allows a pylon sign with 70 square feet in area and 25 feet in height to be setback 30 feet from the public right-of-way. As a corner lot this property is allowed to have two such signs. 2. The drawings also do not indicate the exact height of the sign. 5. It would appear that if the sign is built approximately 6 feet high and enhanced with some low coniferous plantings at and near the base, the purpose would be for identification of the clinic. 6. Conditions to approval may include: a) The sign will be 32 square feet and not more than 6 feet high; b) The sign will be enhanced with plantings subject to staff. approval; and c) There will be no other pylon or ground sign allowed in addition to the sign approved in this variance request.
