We are unable to meet the
present code requirements for placement because the sign
would run up against the building.
The sign will be attractively designed and meets the
square footage requirements with the City of Roseville.
The material is of Redwood tongue & groove panel with
double face applied vinyl lettering, supported by two
6x6 redwood posts set low to the ground at 15ft from
corners of Lexington and Autumn streets. Please reter
to the enclosed drawings. A similar signeage and
placement is constructed at the State Farm office
building at Lexington and Sandhurst streets, however
theirs is a 3 panel and ours will be 1 panel.
