(d) Merchandise shall not occupy any designated <br />parking area. <br />(e) Merchandise shall be displayed during normal <br />business hours only and shall be stored inside the <br />principal structure during non -business hours. <br />(f) The maximum height of merchandise shall not exceed <br />six (6) feet. <br />(g) Merchandise stored or displayed shall be limited <br />to items of such bulk, mass, and weigY.t so as to <br />constitute a convenience to the customer to be <br />displayed on the outside of a structure. Such <br />items include, but are not limited to: rock salt, <br />charcoal, firewood, non-alcoholic liquids for <br />human consumption, ption <br />, <br />motor vehicle <br />le fluids and heavy <br />equipment such as lawn mowers, snowblowers, etc. <br />(h) A minimum of six feet of sidewalk clearance must <br />be maintained at the front of a store facility <br />where that walk connects to the front access to <br />other retail stores. <br />II. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />day of , 1989. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Manager <br />
