CODE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.350 OF THE <br />TpERMIT OF <br />IN <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ALLOWING AS A USE BY SPECIAL <br />RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICTS THE OUTDOOR DISPLAY OF <br />MERCHANDISE OR STORAGE OF MERCHANDISE MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br />hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding <br />a new subparagraph 12 to Section 8.35.0 to read as follow: <br />(12) Outdoor areas where merchandise, machinery or <br />equipment may be displayed or stored. <br />II. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />day of , 1989. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Manager <br />
