PLANNING APPLICATION NARRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br />The <br />narrative is a critical element of your planning application. <br />i Withn your narrative, it is extremely important <br />that the <br />_ <br />:e <br />following be addressed. <br />1. <br />Size of current site. <br />2. <br />Nature of buildings (existing and proposed). <br />3. <br />Proposed use of the land and buildings. <br />4. <br />Existing and proposed zoning. Why are you requesting. <br />this <br />particular zoning change? <br />f <br />-5. <br />Description of your business, history of <br />business, <br />operations, number of employees, etc. <br />s, <br />' S <br />6. <br />Number of proposed parking spaces and how parking <br />relates to <br />the proposed ordinance. Are there any unique <br />conditions <br />relating to the parking? <br />7. <br />If variances are being requested, please explain <br />nature of <br />hardship that justifies said variance. <br />8. <br />Please discuss the current and proposed drainage <br />situation <br />and <br />what provisions are being made for the appropriate <br />utilities. <br />9. Depending on the scale of project, additional analysis <br />relaying to market, parking, traffic, security, etc. may be <br />required. <br />10. How is trash going to be handled? What type -of trash <br />enclosure -diii be provided? <br />11. How are rooftop and mechanical units going to be <br />screened? <br />
