Business Owners/Operators <br />Dear Business Owners/Operators: <br />I have previously sent you letters concerning the City's <br />ordinance requirements relating to outside displays and sales of <br />merchandise at businesses within the City of Roseville. This <br />letter is to advise you that the City will begin enforcing this <br />ordinance on SeptenLL-r 24, 1990.
