G,� 2�51 �ZqL franchised selling agreement for the sale of new <br />cars on the St. Louis Park site for which the permit <br />is requested shall be presented in lieu of the <br />one-third (1/3) requirement. <br />(b) A11 open sales or rental lots shall be operated - <br />in <br />conjunction with a building or buildings containing <br />the same or similar materials as displayed on the <br />open sales or rental lot. <br />(c)' Any sales or rental lot and building shall be on one <br />contiguous site except that a portion or portions <br />of said site may be separated by an alley or public <br />street of a.width not to exceed sixty (60) feet. <br />(d) A solid fence or wall and shrubbery of six (6) feet <br />in height shall be erected and planted along all <br />property lines.of the site to be used for the open <br />sales lot which abut an R- District. <br />(e) The entire site other than the portion used for <br />building or landscaped yard area shall be surfaced <br />in blacktop or paving according to a plan approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />(f) All paved areas shah be separated from all landscaped <br />areas by curbs no less than six (6) inches in height <br />of portland cement or asphaltic concrete, according <br />to a plan approved by the City Planning Director. <br />
