r <br />(a) Motor Fuel Station, <br />All applications for a special permit under this <br />section shall be accompanied by a site plan as <br />defined in this ordinance and shall include <br />exterior elevation plans, accurately indicating <br />the height, size, design -and appearance ofall <br />elevations and a description of the construction <br />and materials to be used. <br />Hours of operation in the B-1 District shall be <br />between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. <br />(iii) <br />r <br />The number of pumps in the B'-1 District shall not <br />exceed ten (10) and service stalls two (2). For <br />the purposes of interpreting this section, the word <br />pump shall mean a single nozzle or outlet on a gaso- <br />line dispenser, commonly referred to as a pump which <br />delivers gasoline into a motor vehicle. <br />(Sec. 14-150(3) (cc) (iii) Added by Ord. 1422, Aug. 21, 1978) <br />A fence of acceptable design not over six (6) <br />feet in height or under four (4) feet which <br />is at least ninety (90) per cent opaque, shall <br />be constructed along the property line when said <br />use abuts property residentially used or in one <br />of the R Districts; said fence shall be adequately <br />maintained. Application of this provision shall' <br />not require a fence within the required front yard. <br />(v) No ingress or egress for the site shall be provided <br />within 30 feet of the point of intersection of the <br />setback lines adjacent to intersecting streets. <br />(vi) All pump islands, liquid propane gas dispensers, <br />air dispensers and other service devices shall be <br />installed at least twelve (12) feet off and <br />toward the interior of the lot from the required <br />setback line, and no display, servicing of <br />vehicles, parking or dispensing of gasoline shall <br />take place within the setback area. On sites <br />where pump islands have been constructed at the <br />setback line, a landscaped area of eight (8) feet <br />will be required. <br />August 21, 1978 589 <br />
