Waldron <br />FROM: Ric% Jopke �J <br />SUBJECT: Outside storage and hardware stores. <br />Attached please find a cosy of the letter I've received from <br />Roger Jensen concerning whether or not we should enforce the <br />ordinance provisions prohibiting outside storage at certain <br />business. Roger concludes that there would be some problems <br />enforcing the existing ordinance, and suggests that the ordinance <br />requirements be brought to the City Council for consideration of <br />modifications. Based on Rogers letter, I would suggest that we <br />bring this to the Council and ask that they refer the matter to <br />the Planning Commission for study and recommendations. <br />
