Waldron , <br />SUBJECT: Tax Increment District #10 <br />Attached is information relating to the new proposed tax <br />increment district #10. The Planning Commission, according to <br />state law, is required to review each district to ascertain <br />whether the proposals are within the city's overall planning <br />priorities. Basically, the district is designed to facilitate <br />the Rosedale and Can American projects. In adr1ition, the Cleanco <br />site is being brought into the district which will, hopefully, <br />help facilitate a clean up on this particular site at some future <br />date. <br />I will be discussing this district in more detail during the <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br />
