Wheeler Street. <br />The Minor Variance committee convened on June 23, 1988 and did not <br />approve a 4 ft. variance request to allow a curb cut to be <br />constructed as part of the street improvement project at the <br />existing location which does not meet the required 5 ft. driveway <br />setback requirement. The committee did not find any hardship at the <br />time. Subsequently during the design of the street improvement, <br />project, it has been determined that there would be a grade problem <br />if the curb cut location was moved over 4 feet. Therefore, the <br />Minor Variance committee has reconsidered the situation and <br />unanimously recommends that a 2 foot variance be granted to allow <br />the curb cub to be within 3 feet of the south property line. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the 4 ft. variance request. <br />Requirement: Proposed: Variance: % Variance: <br />5 feet 3 feet 2 feet 40% <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Mr..
