Investments request for a special use <br />permit at 1910 West County Road C. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 13, 1988 meeting <br />recommended denial of G.E.M. Investments request for a special use <br />Perm <br />it for a planned unit development, car wash use and mini -storage <br />use at 1910 West County Road C on a 4-3 vote. The recommendation is <br />based on the findings that the applicant has failed to conform to <br />city ordinance requirements for exterior building material of brick <br />or equal and to provide a proper drainage plan. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny G.E.M. Investments <br />request for a special use permit for a <br />planned unit development for a planned <br />unit development, car wash use and mini - <br />storage use at 1910 West County Road C, <br />based on the aforementioned findings of <br />fact. <br />
