REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 7-25-88 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Desc iption: Everest/Aldrich, Eastman and Waltch Inc. <br />request for approval of a rezoning from I-2 to <br />B-4 and a Special Use Permit for site plan <br />approval at 1803 County Road C. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 6, 1988 meeting <br />unanimously recommended approval of the following actions concerning <br />the Ever.-est/Aldrich, Eastman and Waltch Inc. request for approval of <br />a rezoning from I-2 to B-4 and a Special Use Permit for site plain <br />approval at 1803 County Road C. <br />1. That the site be rezoned from I-2 to B-4. <br />2. Approval of a Special Use Permit for site plan approval <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. That 18 additional parking spaces be provided on the <br />west side of the building if deemed necessary by the <br />city. <br />b. That adequate handicapped parking be provided. <br />C. That 2; feet of additional right-of-way along County <br />Road C be dedicated. <br />On July 11, 1988 the City Council discussed amending condition 2a <br />listed above to read as follows: <br />a. That additional parking spaces be provided as required <br />in the future. The city will determine the amount of <br />parking spaces necessary and when they should be <br />provided, based on a review of each new development on <br />the site. <br />The Council also continued consideration of this matter to July 25, <br />
