That the site be rezoned from I-2 to B-4. <br />2. That eighteen additional parking spaces be provided on the, <br />west side of the building, if deemed necessary by the city. <br />3. That adequate handicapped parking be provided. <br />4. That two and one-half feet of additional right-of-way along <br />County Road C be dedicated. <br />5. That additional parking spaces be provided as required in <br />the future. The city will determine the amount of. parki•ng. <br />spaces necessary, and when they should be provided, based <br />on a review of each new occupancy on the site. <br />Please contact Gordie Beseth in our Code Enforcement Department <br />to obtain a building permit.
