In summary MSSA/MTOA is a small business trade association of <br />petroleum product retailers for the state of Minnesota. The Association <br />provides the following services to the members. <br />1. Newsletters <br />2. Legal counsel for franchise problems. <br />3. Public relations with news media and civic groups. <br />4. Credit card processing for Visa and Master card. <br />S. Legislative lobbying with all levels of government and agencies. <br />6. Group Insurance programs for all areas of Insurance. <br />7. Educational seminars, conventions and trade show, social <br />gatherings all of which are conducted at hotel facilities, <br />not at our office. <br />
