MINNESOTA 55113 14MO-7524884 <br />PAX-612-48"518 <br />May 19, 1988 <br />Public Meeting Notice <br />Re: Rezoning of property at 1705 Marion St. Roseville, Mn <br />This letter is to inform you that the Minnesota Service Station <br />Association has entered into a purchase agreement for the home located <br />at 1705 Marion St. The sellers have accepted the buyers offer contingent <br />on rezoning the property from R-1 to B-1. <br />The buyers have applied to the city of Roseville for rezoning from <br />R-1 to B-1. The buyers are required to notify all property owners with- <br />in 350 feet of the property in question and the buyers are required to <br />meet will all affected property owners prior to the planning commission <br />meeting scheduled for June 1, 1988. <br />We are therefore notifying you as an affected property owner that <br />a meeting is scheduled for May 25, 1988, 7:00 p.m. at Roseville city Hall <br />to discuss this proposed rezoning application. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of our rezoning application to the city <br />and our letter of intent and purpose for this property. <br />We look forward to meeting with you and answering any questions <br />you may have regarding this project. <br />If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to call me at <br />484--8522. <br />Sincerely, <br />Brian Ettesvold <br />Executive Director <br />
