PAUL, MINNESOTA 55113 1-800-752-4884 <br />April 28, 1988' <br />To whom <br />it may concern: <br />This letter is our statement of intent as to the property located <br />at 1705 <br />Marion St. Roseville, Mn. <br />1. <br />The use of the building and land will be converted from single <br />family residence to office use. <br />4; <br />2. <br />Parking area will be added as required by city code along with <br />the new landscaping both front' and rear or east and west of <br />existing structure. <br />3. <br />Additional 2nd level exit to deck and stairway to ground <br />level for compliance with city code will be added to structure. <br />4. <br />Existing 4 car garage area will be converted to office space. <br />5. <br />Existing trees will not be disturbed. <br />6. <br />There will be no structural changes to existing building. <br />7. <br />Some closets will be removed and ceiling lights will be installed <br />as needed and 1 or 2 partition walls will be installed as needed. <br />s' <br />8. <br />A small sign (similar to existing apt. sign) will be placed <br />in front of property in compliance with city code. <br />9. <br />The list required in 19-B will not be available to us until <br />May 6, 1988. We have contracted with Minnesota Title to obtain <br />the list and they have assured us on the May 6th date at which <br />time we will immediately furnish the list to the city and proceed <br />with our meeting adjacent property owners. <br />cons: <br />
