Arlob, ,1.7..., <br />June 21, 1988 <br />Minnesota Service Station Association <br />2700 North Rice Street <br />Little Canada, MN 55113 <br />Attn: Brian Ettisvold <br />Dear Mr. Ettisvold: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its June 13, 198E meeting, <br />approved your request of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from High <br />Density Residential to Business, rezoning from R-1 to B-1, and a <br />five foot parking setback variance at 1705 Marion Street. with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be constructed per plans dated April <br />28, 1988, and reviewed by the Planning Commission on <br />June 1, 1988. <br />2. That the development be constructed as outlined in the <br />applicant's letter dated April 28, 1988. <br />3. That the site plan be revised and approved by staff to <br />resolve landscape and drainage details. <br />4. That appropriate screening, including fences and <br />landscaping, be provided along the west edge of the new <br />parking lot. <br />5. That a sidewalk be constructed along Marion Street, or <br />appropriate funds escrowed for a future sidewalk in <br />accordance with city policy. <br />6. That snow storage and snow melt runoff be considered as part <br />of the drainage plan. <br />Please contact Gordie Beseth in our Code Enforcement Department <br />to obtain a building permit.
