Sheldon Street. ` <br />The Minor Variance Committee met on April 19, 1988 and unanimously <br />recommended approval of Richard Turner's request for a minor <br />variance at 2666 N. Sheldon Street. Mr. Turner is requesting a 3 <br />foot variance to allow the continuation of the existing driveway <br />which is set back 2 feet instead of the required 5 feet. All <br />impacted neighbors support the variance request. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Motion to approve/deny Richard <br />Turner's request for a minor <br />variance at 2666 N. Sheldon Street. <br />
