The Roseville City Council at their May 9, 1988 meeting, approved <br />two ordinances. The council approved the ordinance relating to <br />permitting mini -storage in industrial zoning districts by special <br />use permit with additional language as suggested by the Planning <br />Commission. I have redrafted the ordinance you sent me to <br />include with this new language. Please review the ordinance and <br />let me know if there are any problems. If not, I will have this <br />ordinance published. <br />The Council also approved the rezoning,. of a site at 1955 W. <br />County Road B2 from I-1 to B-4. Please draft the appropriate <br />ordinance rezoning the property and return it to me so that we <br />can have it published.
