County Rd C <br />Dear Sir: <br />I want to thank you and your associates involved with city <br />planning for meeting with us yesterday. We appreciate the cooperation <br />lended which will lead to a mutually successful project. I failed to <br />formerly introduce our partnership of G.E.M. Investments. <br />Gorden Schmidt (my uncle) <br />Eugene Casci (my father) <br />Mark Casci <br />We have owned the subject property since purchasing from Bob <br />Ashbach in 197S. The excess land, has been rented for storage and we <br />are confident of a market need for formal storage facilities and first <br />rate car wash facility. We will be actively involved in the day to day <br />management thereof. <br />Architect Mark Finnemann and I met with Mr. Dalhgren over a year <br />ago at a time when we did not consider demolition of the 10,000 square <br />feet of existing buildings. <br />At this time we propose to remove existing buildings and totally <br />rennovate the property into a site that we and the city can be proud of. <br />As discussed we would pursue a cooperative effort with all parties <br />(city, county and railroad) to improve and landscape road, rail and power <br />right -of ways fronting our property.. <br />At this time we are requesting modification <br />ordinance to include "Mini -Storage" as a special <br />informed of the administrative progress in order <br />a timely manor. <br />of the existing zoning <br />use.
