CASE NUMBER: 1844
APPLICANT• Dean McAllister
LOCATION• Southeasterly of Millwood,
Easterly of Victoria (see
sketch)
ACTION REQUESTED: Division cuf Existing Platted
Lots
PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
1. The properties in question are two platted single-family lots (Lots 23 }
and 24, Block 4, Minnesota Realty Company's Owasso Plat) which were
combined for tax purposes at some point in the pa: t. Therefore, it is
necessary to process these two lots as a lot division to reestablish them
as two separate buildable single-family lots.
2. Attached is a letter from Michels Construction Company outlining the
proposal and a drawing from the Michels Construction Company
indicating the lot division. Also attached is a copy of that portion of
the section map showing the location of the property and the original
lot configuration.
3. You will notice on the drawing showing the two lots prepared by
Michels Construction Company that Lot 24 is now 10 feet less in depth
than originally platted. This is because the owner of Lot 7 to the
southeast purchased 10 feet of this property previously. This would
appear to be no s, 3nificant problem.
4. The proposal is for a lot division which would be appropriate in this
case since the properties in question are parts of or all of an originally
platted property.
t
