We expect this conversion <br />to take two to three years. <br />At this time we are requesting a rezoning of the south 9,000 <br />square feet of the existing 80,000 square foot building. <br />We have a prospective tenant for 6,000 square feet of the 9,000 <br />square feet to be rezoned.
