Cleveland Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Letendre: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its May 9, 1988 meeting, approved <br />your request for rezoning from I-1 to B-4, and Special Use Permit <br />for site plan approval at 1955 West County Road B-2 with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That there be no landscaping or signs placed on or over <br />roadway easement areas. <br />2. That additional curbing be provided on the south side of the <br />parking lot east of the driveway form County Road B-2. <br />3. That a six foot, non -motorized pathway easement be provided <br />within sixty (60) days along County Road B-2 and, in the <br />future, when additional rezoning occurs on this parcel that <br />a six (6) foot pathway easement be provided along Prior <br />Avenue. <br />4. That staff approve final engineering and landscape details. v <br />r <br />Please contact Gordie Beseth in our Code Enforcement Department <br />to obtain a building permit.
