1195 Brooks Avenue West <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />April 18, 1988 <br />Roseville Planning Board <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br />7 1 <br />re: Phillip Rychner Driveway Variance <br />Gentlemen: <br />We are neighbors directly across from the residence of <br />Phillip Rychner, 1196 Brooks Avenue West It was our <br />intent to attend the consideration of a variance from <br />zoning requirements applicable to his driveway. Because <br />of other committments, we are unable to attend the 9:45 A. M. <br />meeting on April 19th, 1988. <br />We wish to inform you that we have no objection to granting <br />such variance.
